        This paper presents a learning framework for the training of Headmasters, as adult learners, in the use of ICT as a tool in management in Primary Schools in Mauritius. The introduction of ICT in Management and Education is a new measure adopted by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources to ensure that Educational Institutions in Mauritius are not left behind in fostering a knowledge-facilitated society. // Paper ID: 51
