        Abstract
The introduction of MOOC courses in the field of agriculture is a great thought as the knowledge can reach out to large segments of farmers and farm women. This will enable them to carry out their activities more efficiently and confidently. They can be in touch with the scientists to clear their problems and find suitable solutions. As the course was in the first set of courses offered the registration into the course and feedback after the completion of course was encouraging. Many more courses can be planned and offered under the umbrella of agMOOCs. // Paper ID 473
