Effectiveness of Learner Support Services at the Namibian College of Open Learning
The purpose of the learner support services quality study was to assess the nature, appropriateness and quality of learner support services offered to learners pursuing various programmes offered by the College. The study highlights the quality, adequacy and appropriateness of the learner support services at NAMCOL. The findings will lead to a re-positioning of NAMCOL’s learners support services. // Paper ID 537
