Celebrating 25 Years of Progress
Prepared for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, Sri Lanka, November 2013. COL Report substantively to Ministers and Senior Officials at the triennial Conference of Commonwealth Education Ministers (CCEM). Eight CCEMs have been held since COL’s inception. This brochure highlights some of the directions provided by Ministers at each of those meetings and shows how COL has contributed to increasing access to education in the Commonwealth over the past 25 years. Includes congratulatory messages and a graphical timeline.
