        This document provides the details about Commonwealth of Learning’s new learning platform (https://colcommons.org/) and presents guidelines for institutional collaboration to adopt the courses and develop courses to be offered on this platform. These guidelines are only indicative in nature to encourage discussion and facilitate collaboration.
