Official representatives from 20 Commonwealth countries in the region participated in the two-day meeting. The two-day meeting was chaired by Prof. Asha Kanwar, President and CEO, Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and facilitated by COL’s Vice President, Dr Venkataraman Balaji, Education Specialist: Open Schooling, Dr Tony Mays and Education Specialist: Teacher Education Dr Betty Ogange. Official representatives from Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga and Tuvalu attended the two-day meeting to discuss country priorities. Official representatives from Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago (remotely) attended the two-day meeting to discuss country priorities. Shadrach, Director, Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia. Representatives from six out of eight Asian Commonwealth countries (Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, India, Malaysia, Maldives, and Sri Lanka)participated in the meeting.
