Improving Livelihoods of Rural Weavers through Digital Training

Abstract
Report on the implementation of a digital training programme for rural weavers in 11 textile clusters of India. Implemented prior to and during the COVD-19 pandemic, the training programme marginally improved the livelihoods of the participants, and identifies the challenges faced by the rural communities.
