This report explores open and distance learning (ODL) research trends in higher education in the Commonwealth from 2015 to 2024. This review highlights the significant growth of ODL research in Commonwealth countries driven by technological advancements, evolving educational policies and the need for accessible learning. By mapping the evolution, current trends and impacts of ODL research, it aims to inform strategic decisions and initiatives to further advance the field.
