Abstract
This is a report on the ninth offering of the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Introduction to Technology-Enabled Learning (TEL) organised by Athabasca University, Canada in collaboration with the Commonwealth of Learning from March 7 to April 17, 2021. It reports on the design, development and delivery of the course and presents the preliminary findings from participant surveys and their engagements in the TEL-MOOC 9.
