This
paper
is based on the findings of the baseline study to evaluate lecturer preparedness
for technology enabled
learning
at
the National University of Samoa (
NUS
)
.
The baseline study was part of a Commonwealth of Learning
project
(COLTEL)
aimed at
a systematic approach to institutionalising technology
-
enabled learning (TEL) through
research,
consultation, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation.
This baseline study was part of 3 baseline
studies which evaluated lecturer
and
student preparedness as well as an infrastructure audit of NUS technology
facilities
