Findings showed that the trainees did find the programmes useful in terms of content coverage and andragogical style. It revealed that web radio platform could serve as an effective medium for supporting socio-emotional needs of the learners. Also, this could be utilized for disseminating information related to the course. The findings also highlighted content areas which can be effectively discussed through web radio.
