Abstract
The Commonwealth of Learning (COL) initiated and implemented a three day awareness and training
workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). This report details the session conducted for the
Africa region. Twenty eight participants (54% female), from 11 African countries (plus 3 participants
from India) took part in the workshop
