Abstract
The Board of Governors of the Commonwealth of Learning met on 8 and 9 June 2010 in
Vancouver. After the meeting, COL’s President, Sir John Daniel, sent the following note to Board
members. In lieu of a Quarterly Progress Report from the President for April – June 2010 the
Programme Report that were provided to Board members for this meeting also follow below.
