Abstract
The workshop was held at the Academic Board Chamber of YCT from May 18-25, 2016 with approximately 50 participants. By the end of the input, it was expected that YCT would have a set of blueprints and good quality learning materials for short non-formal courses to start in 2016-2017 which meet the skills training needs of their local community.
