Facilitating Learning in a Web-Based Environment: A University of the West Indies Experience

Abstract
PCF3 // An assessment survey of 76 tertiary level institutions across the Caribbean region identified a need for training at the Masters’ Level in Education using a non-traditional mode of delivery. This paper identifies challenges and elements that add value to improving the quality of delivery of this web-based programme.
