Abstract
This is a report on the eighth offering of the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Introduction to Technology-Enabled Learning (TEL) organised by Athabasca University, Canada in collaboration with the Commonwealth of Learning from January 10 to February 13, 2021. It reports on the design, development and delivery of the course and presents the preliminary findings from participant surveys and their engagements in the TEL-MOOC 8.
