Abstract
This course is an introduction to basic painting skills and forms part of the Tuvalu Technical & Vocational Development Programme, Painting and Decorating as a level 1 course. It is intended for students starting from Year 7, school leavers and community groups in Pacific Island Nations who have limited knowledge or experience of painting. Specifically, the course covers painting tools and safety, surface preparation, and how to apply paint.
