Quality Assurance for Open, Distance and eLearning: Issues for Developing Countries

Abstract

Asha and I have taken the title: Quality assurance for open, distance and eLearning: Issues for developing countries. Our comments will draw on a recent book in COL 's series Perspectives on Distance Education co-edited by Asha and Badri Koul. It looks closely at how institutions in developing countries are tacking quality issues and its title, Towards a Culture of Quality, is the underlying theme of our remarks.
