| dc.description.abstract | The Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA/MPA) and Master of Public Administration Programs (CEMPA) have been operating with Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and partner universities in many countries. Broadly defined, the objective of these programs is to empower people with the learning that enables them to be agents of economic and social development. We evaluated and provided evidence of the effect of CEMBA/MPA on labour market outcomes. Specifically, we estimated the impact of graduating from CEMBA/MPA at the partner Allama Iqbal Open University, in Pakistan, on earnings, wages, income, occupational choice and entrepreneurship. | en_US |
