dc.description.abstractThe Regional Focal Points Meeting for Africa and Europe was held in Mahe, Seychelles from 20-21 February 2023. The two-day meeting was chaired by Prof. Asha Kanwar, President and CEO, Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and facilitated by Ms Frances Ferreira, Acting Director: Skills, Mr Robert Okinda, Adviser: TVSD, and Professor Jane-Frances Agbu, Adviser: Higher Education. Official representatives from 20 Commonwealth countries in the region participated in the two-day meeting. The list of participants and agenda of the meeting are included as Annex 1 and 2, respectively.
