PCF10 Sub-theme: Building Resilience // Hybrid learning has become the need of the hour in the wake of the rapidly changing educational scenario while balancing learning continuity with the health and safety exigencies due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This pedagogical model has provided the educators with ample opportunities and challenges during online teaching-learning which was commenced to maintain synchronicity between learning opportunities for children and future uncertainties for teachers and children. This paper attempted to look at the hybrid learning opportunities and challenges being faced by the 60 educators from different Government, Government-aided and Private schools from the different parts of India during digital teaching due to Covid-19. The paper tried to delineate varied hybrid teaching-learning tools and techniques adopted by the teachers and the challenges faced in realizing it. It also gave an insight into the different strategies adopted by the teachers in facing these challenges. The findings of the paper suggested that the majority of teachers adopted and adapted to the hybrid learning opportunities, experienced considerable challenges in the due course and adopted different strategies to face the challenges. // Paper ID 7985
