The Board of Governors of the Commonwealth of Learning met on 8 June 2011 in Vancouver. In lieu of a Quarterly Progress Report from the President for April – June 2011 the Programme Report that were provided to Board members for this meeting, updating the Board on progress to date on COL’s Three-Year Plan, 2009-12, are provided below.
