S Inspire is a Commonwealth of Learning (COL) project established to mobilise the power of open and distance learning (ODL) to provide secondary schooling and skills development training to women and girls who are prevented from attending schools by barriers such as early marriage, cultural norms and distance from schools. This final report to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) Australia reflects on the work that has taken place since January 2016. It is framed around the project’s objectives and provides a rich account of activities that took place, presented in both quantitative and qualitative forms.en_US
