President’s Quarterly Progress Report: July – September 2009

Abstract

The Board met for its annual meeting in Kuala Lumpur on June 18-20 following the 17th Conference of Commonwealth Education Ministers (17CCEM). Minutes of the meetings held in Kuala Lumpur have been circulated. Having received comprehensive updates on COL’s work in the 2008-2009 year and over the 2006-2009 triennium at this meeting, the Board decided that a Quarterly Report for the period April through June 2009 would not be necessary. This report therefore focuses on the first quarter of COL’s 2009- 2010 financial year, from July to September 2009.
