| dc.description.abstract | Malta’s National Lifelong Learning Strategy 2020 embraces open education and OER to promote connected learning. The document sets out the strategy and contains several recommendations for raising awareness about OER. A report to the Ministry for Education and Employment (MEDE) by the Working Group on Post-Secondary Education and the Future of Education presents a series of recommendations. The report presents a draft OER policy for Malta to take forward the vision of lifelong learning envisaged in the strategy 2020. | en_US |
