It advocates for continuous support across key stages of the learner journey, including enrolment, orientation, course delivery, guidance, and graduation. By drawing on research and best practices, it proposes diverse support services aimed at enhancing learning outcomes and addressing learners' diverse needs. Additionally, it includes self-assessment tasks for staff to identify gaps and improve support provision.
