Abstract

The Institute for Adult Education in Tanzania developed a Multimedia Strategy to assist them to achieve its Mission ‘to design and implement quality adult and continuing education and training programmes that will enable its learners to acquire knowledge and skills required for sustainable development and dealing with global challenges’.
