dc.description.abstract This is a report on the seventh offering of the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Introduction to Technology-Enabled Learning (TEL) organised by Athabasca University, Canada in collaboration with the Commonwealth of Learning from October 4 to November 7, 2020. It reports on the design, development and delivery of the course and presents the preliminary findings from participant surveys and their engagements in the TEL-MOOC 7. en_US
