The baseline study was part of a Commonwealth of Learning

(COLTEL)

research,
consultation, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation.
This baseline study was part of 3 baseline
studies which evaluated lecturer
and
student preparedness as well as an infrastructure audit of NUS technology
facilities
