Technical and Vocational Skills Development Monitoring and Evaluation Report

Abstract

This document reports on progress made based on monitoring activities of the Commonwealth of Learning (COL)'s Technical Vocational and Skills Development (TVSD) Initiative between July 2014 and February 2015 and it provides a summative evaluation of the Initiative's outcomes over the three years extending from 1 July 2012 to March 2015. COL has strengthened its existing work in Asia, the Caribbean and the Pacific with TVET Institutions, NGOs, CBOs and Universities over the past three years. This work served mainly to strengthen the institutional capability of COL's partners through the appropriate use of ICT and improving their capacity to use new pedagogies through FaB learning approaches.
