Abstract
This document reports on the findings of a baseline survey and conducted at Model Institute of Education and Research (MIER), India with the objective of establishing technology-enabled learning (TEL) preparedness at the institution and thereafter developing TEL policy and implementing TEL with support from the Commonwealth of Learning (COL). It reports the findings of a self-review of the institutional facilities at MIER College of Education, and Model Institute of Engineering and Technology related to technology and policies, and the preparedness of lecturers and students to use technology for teaching and learning.
