dc.description.abstract | The Report of the CF focused on India, Pakistan, Cameroon and Papua New Guinea; because these countries currently appear to be very much off the track from achieving the Millennium Development Goal (MDG) III. It was based upon thirteen national consultations that were conducted via questionnaire. The Report considered both systemic issues, such as access to education and the cost of education, and societal issues that included poverty and socio-cultural norms. The Report presented a review of the main impediments faced by the four Commonwealth countries in this respect. | en_US |
