The 22nd Audit Committee meeting was held via teleconference on February 8, 2012 to review financial statements from July 1 – December 31, 2011, critical success factors and risk management. The 33rd Executive Committee meeting was held in London, UK on February 24, 2012 to approve the penultimate draft of the Three-Year Plan 2012-2015, note the Management’s response to the External Evaluation and consider the future structure of the Board Committees. Preparations are underway for the upcoming meetings of the Board of Governors which will be held in Vancouver from June 7-8 – these are the Audit and Performance Sub-Committee Meetings on June 7, followed by the Board Meeting on June 8. On February 10, 2012, the Chair announced the Board’s appointment of Professor Asha Kanwar as President of COL from June 1, 2012.
