dc.description.abstract | This document reports on the findings of a baseline survey conducted at Kibabii University (KIBU), Kenya with the objective of establishing technology-enabled learning (TEL) preparedness at the institution and thereafter developing TEL policy and implementing TEL with support from the Commonwealth of Learning (COL).
