dc.description.abstract This document reports on the findings of a baseline survey conducted at Kibabii University (KIBU), Kenya with the objective of establishing technology-enabled learning (TEL) preparedness at the institution and thereafter developing TEL policy and implementing TEL with support from the Commonwealth of Learning (COL). It reports the findings of a self-review of the institutional facilities related to technology and policies, and the preparedness of lecturers and students to use technology for teaching and learning at KIBU. en_US
