dc.description.abstract Community radio has emerged as an effective medium to give voice to the voiceless at the grassroots level in India. India’s Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has simplified the process for obtaining a license, encouraging an increased number of community radio stations. This research examines the innovative practices of Indian community radio stations and identifies areas for possible innovations in the sector. en_US
