Abstract
This is a report on the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Introduction to Social Media Marketing (ISMM) organised by the Commonwealth of Learning from March 8 to April 9, 2021. It reports on the design, development and delivery of the course and presents the preliminary findings from participant surveys and their engagements in the ISMM MOOC.
