Abstract
This is a report on the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Introduction to Social Media Marketing-2 (ISMM2) organised by the Commonwealth of Learning from January 10 to February 11, 2022. It reports on the design, development and delivery of the course and presents the preliminary findings from participant surveys and their engagements in the ISMM2 MOOC.
