Abstract

This document shared the contents of the massive open online course (MOOC) on Learning to Learn Online, developed by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Athabasca University, Canada. The course has been offered several times globally, and it will be offered again in collaboration with COL in 2021 for the stakeholders from the Commonwealth. The course aims at helping learners to understand what it means to learn - anywhere, anytime; clarify personal learning preferences; identify common components of an online learning environment; compare differences between online and traditional learning; plan for areas of personal adjustment required for success in online learning; explore and employ effective online communication tools and strategies; and effectively engage in online learning community in supporting learning.
