PCF5: Cross-Cutting Theme // The Commonwealth of Learning (COL) promotes the use of technology in education and training to help expand access to and quality of education. The use of Web 2.0 technologies in industrialised countries is promoting social and cultural shifts that are having an impact on how students interact with their social environments and cultural identities.
