Higher Education at a Distance With Teleconferencing: Teachers’ Perceptions
PCF3 // Technologies, by themselves, are simply the tools or the implements. It takes a teacher to impart substance, content and meaning to any technology and its use. This paper seeks to examine the perceptions of the teachers using teleconferencing in a distance teaching university. The funding of this study are success depends, not on the technology but on the course design, quality of teaching and support facilities.
