Abstract
The Regional Meeting of Focal Points for Africa and the Mediterranean was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 29-31 October, 2008. The objectives of the meeting were to: 1) Review mid-term progress on COL’s Country Action Plans, 2006-2009; 2) Obtain feedback on COL’s planning process and concrete inputs for the 2009-2012 three year plan; and 3) Provide a platform for networking among Focal Points and COL staff for future planning.
