dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to find out how former learners perceive their experience of studying with the Namibian College of Open Learning (NAMCOL). The research also sought to determine what has happened to former grade 12 learners since they left the College, whether they went on to pursue further education and training or sought employment, and how their time with NAMCOL prepared them for these tasks. Graduates from NAMCOL were then traced and interviewed. // Paper ID 539 | en_US |
