Abstract
Quality Assurance (QA) is essential for improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness which increasing public accountability. QA criterion must be clear and transparent, it should be achievable and must meet stakeholder’s expectations. This study tried to explore the quality of the study materials, programs and the quantify the support services of Bangladesh Open University (BOU) which leads to formulate a QA framework for BOU. // The study has been identified some significant QA criteria at BOU which leads to formulate a QA framework for BOU context. We are expecting that the findings of this study will provide valuable baseline information for the policy-makers to develop a standard QA Framework for BOU. // Paper ID 442
