Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Open University (Dr.BRAOU) has been following multi-mode teaching-learning system using print and audio-visual technologies. The term ‘technology based education/learning’ refers to systems of teaching and learning in which a technology other than the print has a major role (COL,2000).
