Since the Community Radio Policy Guidelines were issued in 2003, it has been a decade of evolving ecosystem for better policy drafting. Policy guidelines have been amended twice and it will continue to evolve as the ground experiences, inform policy directions. With only over 147 functional CR stations, the way in which they have been able to create an impact is worth mentioning, despite the slow growth of the CR sector.
