F10 Sub-theme: Inspiring Innovations // Online education has been around for more than a decade, and the COVID-19 pandemic has made online learning a norm for almost all learners at all levels of education across the globe. This will, probably continue not only during the pandemic, but also after. Now, we have a big and important question to answer: how can we ensure the quality of online education? It is more important to answer these questions now because the answers affects so many learners, future employers, and ultimately the society. // In this paper, we will present a system called KBIES (for Knowledge-Based Integrated education system), with focus on some innovative ideas and technologies built into it. The system is an integration of education management, content management, learning management, as well as other functionalities that are needed to run a university, college, school or just a class teaching a course online. // Paper ID 1947
