This Guide document is to help the user to start working with the software tool (Excel spreadsheet) for evaluating Learning Management Systems (LMS's). The guide is written for people who will be actually using the tool to evaluate the LMS software. It assumes that you have a basic understanding of spreadsheets, and some working knowledge of either Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice.org. It is not a reference for either of these spreadsheet products.
