dc.description.abstractOpen Educational Resources (OERs) are characterised by the fact that their copyright scope is limited by means of an open content license. The “all rights reserved” model of traditional copyright is replaced with a more generous “some rights reserved”. What does this mean exactly? In the schooling context, an open content license enables the recipient of an educational work to freely use, distribute (and in some cases modify) the material.en_US
